    Our Process

    Paragon’s success in developing long term strategic Military Exchange partnerships has allowed our clients to realize consistent, industry leading growth over our 20-year history.

    Paragon works with our clients to design comprehensive, relevant marketing programs and assortments for all divisions of the Military Exchanges. Finalized programs encompass all aspects of our client’s business from print, digital and social media initiatives to store level product demonstration schedules, recommended stock assortments and inventory management capabilities.

    Working directly with Senior Military Exchange Executives, including CEO’s, CMO’s, COO’s, DMMs and contracting officers Paragon negotiates the best possible positions for our client’s programs.

    Over 50 currently planogrammed assortments are set and maintained, on behalf of our Military Exchange buyers, here at our facilities. Modifications to the assortments are handled by Military Exchange contracting officers that regularly visit.

    Paragon’s worldwide service force physically sets our client’s assortments at store level. We provide maintenance, vendor managed inventory, product demonstrations and even assist with stocking the shelves.

    Gerber has partnered with Team Red, White, and Blue to support the organization's mission of enriching the lives of American Veterans. Gerber's financial support enables community activities and outdoor events to be held throughout the U.S. Gerber has a close relationship with the U.S. Military and continues to honor their commitment to empowering Veterans. The first event with Team RWB was this past weekend at the Blooms to Brews Marathon in Washington. Volunteers and Team RWB set up images of lost soldiers along the "Veteran's Loop" of the course. Hundreds of lost soldiers were honored by the attendees and runners of the event. They helped the runners by passing out beverages and snacks. There were groups of people holding American flags. Runners, local veterans, and even drivers passing by thanked Gerber and Team RWB for being there. People stopped to share their own stories and experiences, many of which commented on having Gerber products from past deployments. Gerber continues to give back to the military community and Paragon is proud to be their military representative.

    Optimism for the future of AAFES commerce continues to grow as the Exchange 2017 GM/MSM Conference concluded last week.  Exciting online initiatives and a resurgence in military spending had many conference participants revising their forecasts for strong growth in 2017 and beyond! Paragon’s employees and clients were truly inspired by the extraordinary presentation by motivational speaker, and American hero, Noah Galloway. With 17 clients in attendance Paragon was, once again, the largest exhibitor at this year’s event.  Our section encompassed over 1300 square feet of booth space positioned directly at the center of the show.

      Paragon is pleased to announce that The Exchange (AAFES) has expanded the assortment of our client, Sand Piper of California, to include wallets, tactical ID holders and other personal accessories.  Sand Piper of California is the leading supplier of tactical luggage and accessories to all Military Exchanges.

      The Coast Guard Exchange (CGX) has partnered with Spectrum Brands (NYSE: SPB) to introduce multiple market leading brands to their in-store customers.  Remington, George Foreman and Black & Decker products will join CGX core assortments during the first quarter of 2017.
